My Story

Lydell Boone is a proud native Arizonan and member of the Navajo Nation, driven by a passion for improving access to nutritious meals. With deep operational expertise and a personal connection to foodservice, he specializes in strategic consulting for K–12 school districts and healthcare institutions. Lydell has led multimillion-dollar foodservice programs across Northern Arizona and led all dining operations at Mayo Clinic – Arizona through his leadership with Morrison Healthcare.

A former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, Lydell brings discipline, integrity, and a results-oriented approach to every engagement. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated husband and father of five who enjoys hiking and the outdoors.
